Why pay for a workout program? 

Sometimes, the most helpful thing in your gym experience is just having someone else with years of experience program your workouts. Whether you're looking to gain strength, shed fat, or compete in strength sports, I've got you covered. I can also create a customized workout program just for your specific goals.

Workouts are delivered weekly through TrueCoach and available on your phone or computer any time. TrueCoach also recently launched an iOs app. They include demo videos, a place to write in your results and ask questions, and send videos for feedback. Here's how it works:


1. Pick a type of programming and click Subscribe.

2. I will send you an email to set up your free account in TrueCoach

3. Workouts will be delivered every Sunday night for the following week

Powerlifting is a periodized powerlifting cycle in which we start with higher reps in the beginning then get increasingly heavier over the course of 3-4 months until we hit 1 rep maxes and start a new cycle all over again. Every cycle is different and you can start at any time.

Strength & Conditioning

Strength & Conditioning can best be described as "a little bit of sweat, a little bit of swole." Perfect for the trainee who wants to get stronger and burn fat without lying in a pool of sweat on the ground afterwards.

Strongman will help train you to take the top of the podium or to simply throw in some variety in your training.

Armlifting is a sport specializing in grip strength. As a seven-time medalist at the World Armlifting Championships in Russia, I can help you take your grip strength to the highest level.

Personalized Programming is made just for you and your goals. It's not a template with a few tweaks under the guise of "customized" or "personalized." A great option for someone looking to incorporate their physical therapist's recommendations into a strength training program or to specifically train for a certain competition.
